"If I could leave a -5 star I would, after 20 years it was decided to leave state farm due to lack of communication, lack of changes requested such as a simple address change, lack of responsibility on their part for their actions when such things have been requested, and after canceling our policy due to their incompetence we were still charged for our full bill when we only owed a small amount and the battle to receive the rest of our money back has begun,sure you can take my money electronically but refuse to give it back that way..The owners children in this office are incompetent to say the least, they never update anything and screw so much stuff up..no worries though I'll sit here and wait on my paper check for 5-7 business days and hope that you indeed updated my address that you supposedly changed 2 years ago when I called and made the change. Sincerely one annoyed former customer."
